A settlement has been reached in Whistleblower case against Richmond City. 

The whistleblowers' share of the settlement will be $104,000.

The allegations arose from a lawsuit, in which a city employee, claimed in 2012 that a human resources officer and the library director had been misusing city issued credit cards for personal items and that the former assistant city manager had been running a personal business out of City Hall.
